My Name is Jesse Ivan and I am a freelance nature photographer. I grew up in the Catskill Mountains of New York and I am currently living in Western North Carolina. I grew up hunting, fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, and hiking in the Catskill and Adirondack Mountains of New York. My interest in photography began at the age of 16 when I took a class in high school on black and white photography. Since then I have graduated to digital photography. My main passion is photographing wildlife. I strive to develop a relationship with my subjects and reflect that relationship in the images I capture. All of the photos that I take are of 100% wild animals in 100% wild places.
